Reading can improve your vocabulary dramatically, but with a low vocabulary it is difficult to read and sometimes boring, but read an essay, article, news reports etc. per day. Skim the piece of writing that you are going to read before perusing. Highlight the difficult words, hand up a dictionary and find out the meanings. Then read again thoroughly. Beside your reading efforts, if you learn one new word per day then a large amount of vocabulary will be added to your list. Besides, there are many android apps and websites that provide you one new word every day. Overall, it doesn’t cost more than 5 minutes to memorize a word.
3. Choose/Download a helpful dictionary for yourself…!
Educational apps, such as Meriam Webster, can play a vital role in your improvement. But most of them require internet access which can be a hurdle. But don’t worry, books such as “eleven hundred 1100 words” can also take you up! So start from now and develop yourself!
